LEAP Leadership Program

Empowering youth with leadership skills, civic engagement, and the tools to create positive change in their schools, communities, and beyond.

Your Voice Matters. Your Future Matters.

The LEAP Leadership Program is designed to develop socially conscious leaders and advocates who will shape the future of our communities. Through skill-building, mentorship, civic engagement, and hands-on experience, LEAP equips youth with the confidence, knowledge, and tools to become changemakers in their own lives and communities.

We believe that every young person has leadership potential. LEAP creates the space, support, and opportunities for that potential to flourish.

Since 2023, we’ve empowered 25+ youth through college readiness programs and 30+ young leaders through leadership development, watching them transform from participants to advocates, from students to community leaders.
