Dance Therapy
Dance and creative arts therapy that provides safe space for youth and families to process emotions, build confidence, and discover their voice through culturally responsive movement.
When Words Aren't Enough, Movement Speaks
Dance therapy is more than movement, it’s a powerful form of healing that allows people to express what they cannot put into words. Through rhythm, creative expression, and embodied experience, dance therapy helps youth and families process trauma, build emotional regulation skills, develop confidence, and connect with themselves and others in meaningful ways.
At Cultivating Futures, our dance and creative arts therapy programs are designed to meet participants where they are honoring their experiences, cultures, and individual needs. We create safe, affirming spaces where healing happens through movement, creativity, and authentic expression.
Since 2023, we’ve served 119 individuals through dance therapy, helping them discover strength, resilience, and joy through movement.
